Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
At Tradwest Fashion, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully crafted pieces made with exceptional care and attention to detail. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Policy
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our designs – including limited releases, custom fabrics, and made-to-order pieces – we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.
Eligible Returns
Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received an incorrect item different from what was ordered
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Custom-made or made-to-order pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Size Exchange Policy
While all sales are final, we offer a one-time size exchange for eligible items, subject to the conditions below:
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags must be attached
- The requested size must be available in stock
Size exchanges are not available for custom-made, made-to-order, or sale items.
Exchange & Return Process
To request a return or size exchange:
- Email us at returns@tradwest.fashion within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Include your order number, reason for request, and clear photos (if applicable)
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
Approved items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will be declined.
Refunds
If a return is approved due to a defect or error on our part:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges
- Tradwest Fashion will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item back to the customer
- For approved defective or incorrect items, Tradwest Fashion will cover applicable shipping costs
Availability & Store Credit
All exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be offered at Tradwest Fashion’s discretion.
Right to Refuse
Tradwest Fashion reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy or shows signs of misuse.
